Are BetterHelp sessions 30 minutes? BetterHelp sessions may last 30 or 45 minutes, depending on your personal and mental health needs. You can discuss the therapy session length you prefer with the licensed therapist or counselor you work with through the BetterHelp platform
You can participate in a session every other week or twice monthly, instead of every week. Please be advised that scheduling is also based on the availability of the counselor.
It is based on your schedule and needs at the time. With a monthly subscription you are eligible for one live session a week and have access to messaging your therapist during the week. This will vary depending on which plan you choose.
